Cobra CB radios for sale are to be expected.  Cobra made and still makes many popular modles that range from the very small handheld models to larger and heavier mobile units. At one time, Cobra used to make some of the best CB base stations ever made. This would be the Cobra 142 gtl, 1000 gtl (23 chan model), 2000 GTL, 138 xlr, and many more.

The most popular base station cb radio ever made would most likely be the Cobra 2000 gtl, and the Cobra 29 ltd would also be the most popular mobile unit.  It's actually surprising that Cobra discontinued making the 2000 gtl, considering how popular and desired they were. 

The Cobra HH 38 WX ST was one of the first handheld to include weather channels and Soundtracker technology.  The Sound tracker is a very nice feature, as it helps make the audio more punchy in weak signal conditions.

The Cobra 25 and 29 LTD classic are exactly that..  It is a classic radio that has been popular for 20 plus years running.  There has been some variations of the LTD line, such as Nightwatch, WX-weather channels, soundtracker, Chrome, black chrome, and even recently bluetooth technology.

The Cobra 2000 GTL Base Station, as a cb radio that had it all!  Very full sized, nice wood cabinet design, very solid feel, as well as the frequency readout and excellent receive.  Both AM and SSB included, and easy to add mods, and peak and tune for very loud and clean transmit modulation.
