The Uniden Washington cb radio is the newest version of the Washington line.  President was purchased by Uniden so production continued until the early 1990s.  This was a very popular base station, it's truly a shame they're no longer made!  Actually both Cobra and Uniden no longer make base stations at all, for that matter.

The Uniden Washington can be up to 10 years newer than the President Washington line.  Same radio, except for Uniden switching to a newer chip (the MB8719).  They both are the same otherwise.  All the standard features including 40 channels AM and SSB, mic gain, rf gain, PA, NB and etc..
